At Salaisons Bentz, quality is at the heart of our business. We have set up a dedicated department and we do not stop there. For several years now, we have initiated an approach whose fruits are measurable both from a gustatory point of view and in terms of product safety."Working on quality is a magnificent tool for continuous improvement and performance". Jean-François Antoine, manager of Salaisons Bentz, has always been convinced of the benefits of setting up an efficient system for quality control.
Our quality policy takes into account :
- The permanent animation of an organisational system;
- Food safety and the quality of our products as well as compliance with regulations;
- The control of product and process flows while ensuring that the environmental impact is reduced;
- The satisfaction of all stakeholders, in particular customers, employees, providers, the societal environment, etc.
Quality at Salaisons Bentz is the work of everyone at all levels. We pay particular attention to the value of feedback from the staff and we rely on the improvements proposed. Our success also depends on all the staff taking ownership of quality, health rules and the attachment to customer recommendations as a real value system.
In 2018, as the crowning achievement of these shared values, we obtained FSSC 22000 certification. It rewards our commitment, one of the preferred tools of which is continuous improvement. Being certified is also a way of obliging us to improve the performance of the system.
And it is quite naturally that this dynamic has led us to engage in a Corporate Social Responsibility approach.
