All our products are smoked over beech wood to give them a delicate taste and a flavour of character. All our meats are from France and our famous fuseau lorrain is from the Grand Est country.We have designed a complete range of smoked products for your sauerkraut, stews, lentils and small salted meats (bacon, shoulder, filet, sausages, etc.).
