We are a company from Lorraine proud of our culinary heritage. Over the years, we have developed a complete range of Lorraine deli and salted products. All our products are smoked over beech wood to give them a delicate taste and a flavour of character. All our meats are from France and our famous fuseau lorrain is from the Grand Est country.

We have designed a complete range of smoked products for your sauerkraut, stews, lentils and small salted meats (bacon, shoulder, filet, sausages, etc.). As well as smoked products for your starters - aperitifs (ham sausage (several varieties), pork tender loin, fuseau lorrain, etc.).
