The manufacture of ham has been at the heart of our business for over 60 years. We have built our reputation on an authentic cooked ham, made from a decoction of spices and whole natural aromatic plants which gives it a unique flavour. Our products are made by hand thanks to the know-how of our teams. All our hams come from French pigs (VPF) and our Lorraine hams come from the local sector under the specifications of Grand Est Qualité Viandes.
